By purchasing a ticket to HER Lead, you acknowledge and agree that limited attendee information may be shared with event speakers and sponsors solely for informational and reporting purposes.

This information may include aggregated and anonymized demographic data such as industry, role level, or other non-identifying insights. The purpose of sharing this data is to help speakers and sponsors better understand the audience they are supporting and engaging with before, during, and after the event.

Personal contact details (including names and email addresses) will not be shared with speakers or sponsors unless explicit consent is provided by the attendee.

Attendee information will not be sold, distributed, or used by speakers or sponsors for direct marketing, solicitation, or promotional outreach.

We value transparency and respect your trust. Your information is used thoughtfully and only to enhance the quality and integrity of the HER Lead experience.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you’re unable to attend HER Lead, your registration will be credited toward a future event hosted within the next 12 months. Alternatively, you can transfer your ticket to another attendee to take your place. Any transfers must be communicated with the event host in writing prior to the end of ticket sales.

Photography & Media

By attending this event, you consent to being photographed, recorded, and filmed. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction.
