A Curated Leadership Experience for Women

The Future of Connection:
Leading with Relational Intelligence

HER Lead Banner

We are living in a time where connection is easier than ever, and yet, meaningful relationships have never felt more complex.

AI is transforming industries. Corporate landscapes are shifting. Expectations of leadership are evolving.

And beneath it all, women are navigating:

  • Power and influence

  • Identity shifts

  • Transitions and reinvention

  • Relationships at work and at home

  • The quiet tension between success and fulfillment

The way we build relationships has changed, and it will continue to evolve. HER Lead 2026 is a curated, in-person leadership experience designed for women who understand that strategy alone is no longer enough.

The future of leadership belongs to those who can lead with relational intelligence, women who can build trust, navigate nuance, and hold complexity with confidence.

This is where the personal and professional intersect. This is where honest conversations happen. This is where accomplished women gather not just to connect but to expand.

HER Lead explores the personal and the professional, diving into topics such as connection, trust, influence, financial well-being, and the inner dynamics that shape how we lead.

Join a curated room of accomplished, growth-oriented women who are redefining leadership not just professionally, but personally.

A Curated Leadership Experience for Women

What is HER Lead

HER Lead is not a surface-level women’s networking event.

This is a room for growth-oriented women who understand that how we relate is how we lead.

This in-person transformative experience is designed to celebrate and support accomplished women who are redefining leadership. Not just by how they lead, but how they live. Through rich conversation, deep connection, and meaningful learning, HER Lead creates space for women to honour both their challenges and their successes while expanding what it means to lead.

HER Lead was born from a commitment to redefine leadership centering empathy, expression, and conscious power and creating spaces where women can rise as the fullest, truest versions of themselves.

Each event fosters elevated, emotionally intelligent dialogue and offers practical tools women can apply in life, work, and leadership. It’s where new possibilities, new ideas, and new ways of leading begin.

Who Attends

You may be leading a team. You may be leading a business. Or you may simply be leading yourself into your next chapter.

What unites the women in this room is not title – it’s depth.

This is a space for women who are self-aware, progressive, and ready to explore how the inner dynamics of life shape the outer expression of leadership.

Supportive men who value this conversation and wish to attend as allies are welcome.

Why Attend

HER Lead is a conversation starter. A mirror. It’s a space where you will be both celebrated and stretched as you feel supported and seen. It’s the start of an ongoing leadership community where women leave inspired beyond the day itself.

Here’s what you’ll gain:

HER Lead is your opportunity to reimagine what’s possible, connect with a community that champions your growth, and reconnect with yourself so you can lead with purpose.

"I went to the inaugural event of Her Lead today hosted by Lisa De Nicola, PCC. There were about 50 women at this event who spoke about their stories, truth and their successes as women both in the corporate roles and as entrepreneurs. I will go to the next one, without question. It was fantastic. But what impressed me the most was how this room of women, who, because they, at some point in their career, experienced the loss of their identity, were able to gather, empower and celebrate each other. This is what it looks like to celebrate and empower each other because of our grief and loss."

"Attending the HER Lead event was exactly what I needed at this time in my life. To be with so many like minded strong women and sharing their successes and struggles was truly eye opening. It gave me the strength to start believing in myself again and knowing that all things are possible when you take time for yourself and surround yourself with individuals (women) who only want you to succeed. Be proud to the woman you are and let the world see the true you."

“Partnering with the team behind Her Lead was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The relationship felt easy and natural, with a strong alignment in values that made our collaboration all the more meaningful. From the initial planning stages through to the execution of the event, communication was clear, consistent, and thoughtful. Every detail, from the itinerary to the programming, was handled with professionalism and care.

We were proud to be the presenting sponsor of a conference that sparked such timely and important conversations—particularly around the urgent need for businesses and benefits providers to address the complex and often overlooked needs of peri-menopausal and menopausal women. It was inspiring to see this topic brought to the forefront in a way that was both educational and empowering.

The event was a tremendous success, and we’re grateful to have played a role in helping to amplify these critical discussions. We look forward to the opportunity to collaborate again in the future.”
